Vaseline really helps to keep your lashes hydrated and by doing so makes them less brittle and more resistant to breakage.

It actually has many other neat uses and one that I really found interesting was that by swabbing a very small amount inside your nose can greatly reduce the chances of getting a cold. I have a little guy in kindergarten and I can tell you this really works.

I have been using Vaseline on my eyelashes for years. Works great to keep them moist, this help to lessen breakage. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try and see for yourself what a difference using Vaseline has on eyelashes.

      Hi Jessica
Vaseline is very good for eyelashes and since you are starting out from scratch and never have had use it…I think you may just like it.

What it does is keep them moist flexible and strong all at the same time, plus a bunch of other benefits all listed in the above article. All these wonderful benefits from Vaseline will definitely aid in better eyelash grow.

Give it a try, and cheap too. A jar will last ages :)

P.S. How did you lose all your lashes? If you don’t mind me asking….

    Hello Makeup-lover
To see results is quite fast, you should see a healthy, more flexible, shiny lashes. This helps keeping them from damage, falling out, while giving them the perfect environment to grow. How fast for them to grow? This is hard to answer, as everyones growth rate will not be the same. Experiment and see how it works for you, I think you will like it :)

I really want to try this but I heard the vaseline can harm your eyes. Is this because of a certain amount is applied?

      Hi Weaver

What you want to do, is just apply a very very light coating on the eyelashes. Just barely dap your finger tip with Vaseline and gentle stroke your eyelashes from the base outwards. No need to make a goopy mess, this will ensure nothing gets into your eyeballs……this tip holds true to “less is more.”

      Have a great day :)
